Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting a request through the website or by email does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A service becomes confirmed only after Pro Limo Drive reviews the request, confirms availability, and provides the agreed service details.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate names, routes, timing, passenger counts, luggage expectations, and any special operational requirements that may affect vehicle choice or service execution.
Rates, Timing, and Route Changes
Quoted rates are based on the requested route, timing, vehicle class, and service format. Additional waiting, route extensions, last-minute itinerary changes, extra stops, or materially different service requirements may result in adjusted pricing.
Hourly services are subject to a minimum booking window. Airport services may include a complimentary waiting period, subject to the confirmed booking terms.
Airport Arrivals and Special Requests
For airport pickups, clients should provide the correct flight number, arrival date, and landing time. Pro Limo Drive may track flights when this information is supplied, but accurate submission remains the client's responsibility.
Child seats, additional luggage handling, concierge-style route planning, winery reservations, or special presentation requests should be confirmed in advance.
Cancellations and Availability
Cancellations, reductions, or major changes may be subject to notice requirements, recovery charges, or non-refundable costs where vehicles, drivers, or third-party arrangements have already been committed. Exact treatment depends on the confirmed booking details.
Pro Limo Drive reserves the right to refuse or cancel a request where safety, operational integrity, or lawful service delivery cannot be maintained.
Passenger Conduct and Personal Belongings
Passengers are expected to behave lawfully and respectfully toward chauffeurs, vehicles, and other guests. Damage, contamination, or unsafe conduct may result in service interruption and cost recovery.
Clients should check the vehicle carefully before departure. While we take care with guest belongings, Pro Limo Drive is not responsible for items left behind unless otherwise required by law.
